Breakfast
1/2 oatmeal with almond milk and a few berries
1cp Orange juice
Snack
1 fig bar from baker's choice
lunch
1/2 sweet and sour chickpeas and rice
1cp coffee
snack
1cp of coffee with almond milk
supper
1/4cp of chicken with leftover sweet and sour chickpea rice.
that was all for the day
