What i ate in a day post # 4
Today was a good food day.
Breakfest
1/2 cp oatmeal with rice milk and 2oz of almonds
1cp of coffee
Snack
2 oz of almonds
Lunch
1 serving of rice noddles and spring onion
1 cp of lemon water
Snack
1 slice of brown bread
Supper
3oz of pork with 1/2 cp mixed veggies and almond milk
snack there was no snack tonight
today was a great day workout was good.
