Small town Life Blog #1

December 15 we had or first snow storm of the year. we had around 25cm of snow and we had high wind they where at around 50 mile a hour.  school where closed and the business in town started to  close at around 12 by 3 o'clock the banks where closed.  the malls where the last to close they closed down by around 5pm. the only thing left that was open in campbellton was the Tim Horton's and the drug store.

I had gotten locked out of my house during this storm and had to call someone to come and unlock my door so i could get in. i wait for the person for about 20 mins before he showed up and fixed the door so i could get in the house. when he was done i made sure that the door was lubed and that i could get back in the door if it happened to lock by itself again.

The snow and wind stopped at around 9pm at night had a hard time to sleep there was too many snowplows on the street and i could hear them driving all night.

first snow storm of the year and the town shuts down i guess that it's better safe than sorry.
