What i ate in a day Blog post # 3
Breakfast
7:30 am 2 slice of whole wheat spelt bread with 1 tsp of almond butter and one med. banana
Snack
10am 1 mango yogurt
Lunch
12pm 1cp of kale and beetroot soup with a slice of rye bread.
Snack
2pm 3 oz almonds
Supper
4:30 pm 1 slice a pizza the works with a small garden salad
It was a better day than the day before let see if we can do better the next day.
