what I ate in a day blog  #6

Breakfast
1 cup of raspberry breakfast shake
1cp of coffee with almond milk

Lunch
1 slice of bread with tomato and avocado
1cp water
1cp white tea

snack

1 cliff bar

supper
2 vegetable spring rolls and 2 cps of brown rice with a 1tps of rice vinegar
1 cup orange juice

snack
2 med apples

that was all the food that I ate for today

life blog 2

this last week was not that good for me I didn't feel that well this week I had a cold for about 3 days and then it was really cold outside on Thursday and Friday. It's suppose to get better weather wise on Monday I hope it does. looking for a new book to read for this week hoping that I will find a good mystery to read at the library this week.

My life

This weekend was a quiet weekend I went out to breakfast with a friend and then went to the library in Saturday morning to set up some blog post and work on posting a few other things to my social media account. Sunday was a quiet day at home with the cats and watching a few things on youtube. All in all a good weekend.

1/2 cup of 13 bean soup
Snack
2tps of red pepper hummus on 6 rye crackers
Supper
1cp of pasta salad with potatoes
Was a good day of eating

Sunday Morning Thoughts

Today is a day to relax and think about the past week. I had three good classes of meditation this week. 2 of them I wasn’t able to go to because of other things that I had to do. I hope that it will go on in February
