what I ate in a day blog  #6

Breakfast
1 cup of raspberry breakfast shake
1cp of coffee with almond milk

Lunch
1 slice of bread with tomato and avocado
1cp water
1cp white tea

snack

1 cliff bar

supper
2 vegetable spring rolls and 2 cps of brown rice with a 1tps of rice vinegar
1 cup orange juice

snack
2 med apples

that was all the food that I ate for today
