1sllice of sprout bread with almond butter and a cup of coffee.
Snack
1small bag of carrot sticks
Lunch
1/2 cup of 13 bean soup
Snack
2tps of red pepper hummus on 6 rye crackers
Supper
1cp of pasta salad with potatoes
Was a good day of eating
